I have 13+ years of experience improving how businesses operate. Today I work in IT project management at a global logistics company, running technology projects through planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
Alongside that core work, I support practical AI and automation enablement, including role-specific training for colleagues and senior leaders. I bring the same approach to professionals and teams outside my day job: start with real work, build a method people can use, and keep accountability human.
Why I am credible
I came to AI through business operations and project delivery.
I started as a purchasing assistant and grew into supply chain analyst, supply chain manager, and IT project management roles. That path taught me both the work inside a process and the expectations leaders have for clarity, speed, accountability, and better decisions.
For more than a decade, I have worked inside the systems leaders rely on to run the business: purchasing, inventory planning, demand forecasting, KPI reporting, ERP and warehouse-management rollouts, executive updates, and cross-functional delivery.
Operational track record
Identified monthly savings through materials-management analysis.
Negotiated a procurement order with $83K in savings for a U.S. military supplier.
Managed purchase orders per month while supporting supply continuity.
Continuous improvement is the through-line. AI is the most flexible tool I have worked with for improving how people think, communicate, and execute.
How I see the work
The value is not the prompt. It is the better operating habit.
I have always looked for a better way to run the work: fewer handoffs, clearer information, faster follow-up, stronger decisions, and processes people can repeat. AI extends that mindset because it can support the work at the point where people feel the friction: the meeting, the report, the analysis, the decision memo, and the next-step plan.
Rather than treating AI as a separate technology project, I look at leadership and operating rhythms, define where AI can contribute, and build the review points that keep the result responsible. That has included piloting AI and automation tools, helping colleagues get real use from Copilot, and preparing practical AI training for senior leaders.
My degree is in English with a writing concentration. That is directly relevant: much of this work is turning rough, complicated thinking into clear, useful output.
